4-Week Beginner Course
Due to demand we have developed a 4-week Beginner Course for people beginning their fitness journey and for those returning after a break.

- X1 Personal Training Session
- X1 Weekly Beginner Class
- X4 Classes of your choice from our timetable

We understand bodies and fitness levels are different and so are goals. In our intro consultation we will introduce you to our gym floor and our team, we will have a quick chat about your fitness history, your concerns and your goals going forward.
Members will receive x1 Personal Training Session over the four week course. This will be a one-to-one session with one of our qualified Personal Trainers.
A weekly Beginner Class will introduce you to a range of exercises/ classes in a slower paced and friendly environment.
X4 CLASSES OF YOUR CHOICE
Also included in the course are X4 Classes of your choice from our timetable. Choose from Pilates, Circuits, Strength & Sweat etc.
