HYROX combines both running & functional workout stations, where participants RUN, followed by 1 functional workout station, repeated eight times.
- This is an OPEN event.
- Family / Friends and spectators are welcome.
- All entered are required to fill out a registration form and sign a waiver for the event.
- A confimration email with race start time and info will lbe sent one week prior to the event.

This ticket is valid for one person and can be used for a singles event or as one half of a doubles event. If you’re participating as part of a doubles team, both team members will need to purchase a ticket.
