We know it can difficult to step into a gym environment for the first time. We understand bodies and fitness levels are different and so are goals. Our SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING classes are for 4 people max and are tailored to your individual needs, level & goals.
Our friendly and approachable team are here to keep you accountable and motivated as you work towards reaching your goal, whatever that may be.
