After an initial consultation with our coaches, we will make recommendations based on your experience and fitness levels.
WEEKLY CHECK INS
Weekly check ins to keep you accountable and on track to achieving your goals. Check-ins also provide you with an opportunity to ask questions.
+ PERSONALISED TARGETS/ GOALS
Build goals that are individual to you with the help of our coaches and nutritionist. Receive clear steps and targets in terms of calorie intake, protein etc.
You will be added to a community support group, share recipes and inspiration as you work towards your goal. Receive feedback on topics you may be struggling with.
Nutrition Workshop will help you to build on your knowledge and understanding around nutrition.
BUILD LONGTERM NUTRITIONAL CHANGES
We believe in helping people to build longterm nutritional lifestyle changes by providing them with the knowledge and understanding of the basics of nutrition.
This is by far one of the best decisions I have made for myself. The program became more than a tool for weight loss for me, I learned how to fuel my body. I saw a really big change from my first scan to my last scan.
